Worth knowing
A defining 1/8-scale RTR nitro monster truck of the 2000s, built on the proven Savage 21 chassis with an upgraded Nitro Star S-25 engine (20% more displacement than its predecessor) and HPI's push-button Roto Start ignition system, factory-assembled and ready to run in under 15 minutes out of the box. Backed by one of the largest option-parts ecosystems in RC at the time, the Savage line (21/25/X/XL) became one of HPI's most recognizable nameplates alongside the RS4 and Bullet.
