1. Who can use RC Crash Crew
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, use the site with a parent or guardian's involvement. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens under your account.
2. Your account
Give accurate information and keep it current. One person, one account. Don't impersonate anyone, and don't use a throwaway or disposable email — we block those to keep the crew real. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these Terms.
3. What you post
You own what you create — your rigs, builds, setups, runs, photos and posts stay yours. By posting, you grant RC Crash Crew a non-exclusive license to display and share that content on the platform so the crew can see it. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share, and nothing illegal, hateful, harassing, or spammy. Keep it about RC.
4. The Marketplace — read this
RC Crash Crew is non-custodial. We are not a store. We never process payments, hold funds, ship items, or store your address. Listings are between members, and you are solely responsible for your own transactions.
• Meet in a public place and inspect gear before you pay.
• Never wire money or send gift cards — prefer traceable, buyer-protected payment.
• Don't list prohibited, stolen, counterfeit, or unsafe items.
• We may remove any listing and cooperate with authorities where required, but we are not a party to your deals and are not liable for them.
5. Safety — LiPo and running RC
RC is a physical hobby with real risks. LiPo batteries can catch fire if abused. Vehicles move fast and can cause injury or damage. Community-listed run spots are not guaranteed to be legal or safe. You run at your own risk. Always follow manufacturer guidance, local laws, and common sense, and read our Safety guide.
6. Acceptable use
Don't attack the site, scrape it at scale, abuse the AI, evade bans, or interfere with other members. Automated abuse, spam, and bot activity will get you removed.
7. The AI
RC Crew AI is a helpful assistant, not a certified expert. It can be wrong. Don't rely on it for safety-critical decisions without verifying. Use your head.
8. No warranty; limitation of liability
RC Crash Crew is provided "as is," free of charge, with no warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or dispute arising from your use of the site, member interactions, transactions, run spots, or reliance on any content or the AI.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or the site at any time. You can delete your account whenever you want. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
