Try these in order

Make one change at a time and re-test — that's how you learn what your car likes.

    Check wing/stabilizer incidence match the spec

    A mismatch forces excess elevator compensation for level flight, eating into your climb margin.

    Increase elevator throw/rate (within airframe limits)

    Direct authority increase.

    Re-check CG

    Too far forward increases elevator demand just to fly level.
