🎥 VLOS / BVLOS (Visual Line of Sight)

VLOS means you can see the aircraft with your own unaided eyes throughout the flight; BVLOS is flying beyond that point.

In the US, FPV goggles do not satisfy the see-and-avoid requirement — you need a visual observer beside you keeping the aircraft in unaided sight. BVLOS generally needs specific authorisation. Most countries have an equivalent rule, so check locally.
