🔋 Balance Lead
The small white plug on a LiPo pack that gives the charger a separate wire to each cell so it can read and equalise them individually.
A 3S pack has four wires in its balance plug, a 4S has five. Check it for corrosion and bent or pushed-back pins — a bad balance connection can leave one cell over- or under-charged.
