Corner entry & mid-corner

Understeer / push — won't turn in

The front washes wide and the car won't rotate into the corner.

💡 The idea: Add front grip, or take a little grip away from the rear.

Try these in order

Make one change at a time and re-test — that's how you learn what your car likes.

  1. 1
    Thinner front shock oil

A softer-reacting front loads the front tires faster for more bite on entry.

  2. 2
    Softer front springs

Lets the front end squat and work the tires through the corner.

  3. 3
    A touch more front toe-out

Sharpens initial turn-in (too much makes it darty, so go small).

  4. 4
Stiffer rear (thicker oil / stiffer springs / add rear sway bar)

Reducing rear grip lets the back rotate and kills the push.

  5. 5
    Less rear toe-in

Frees the rear so the car steers more.

  6. 6
    Move weight rearward (battery back)

Unloads the front slightly and helps rotation.
