🚁 Throttle Curve

The transmitter setting that maps stick position to engine or motor power, shaped to hold rotor speed steady as blade pitch changes.

It is usually a V or U shape in idle-up, because both high positive and high negative pitch load the rotor. If you run a governor, the curve stops being a power setting and instead just tells the governor what headspeed you want.
