Worth knowing
Widely regarded as one of the most iconic Tamiya kits ever made. Unlike earlier Tamiya buggies that replicated real vehicles, the Frog was a purely original design, marking the end of Tamiya's "heavy metal" buggy era and the start of its fantasy-styled, animal-named buggy lineage (Hornet, Grasshopper, etc.). 2WD, rear-motor ORV chassis with a 2-piece space frame, vacuum-formed polycarbonate body. Re-released multiple times due to enduring demand.
