📡 Gimbal (Stick Assembly)
The spring-loaded two-axis mechanism behind each transmitter stick that turns your hand movement into two channels of signal.
Hall-effect (magnetic sensor) gimbals have no wiping contacts to wear out and are the usual upgrade over cheaper potentiometer gimbals. Throttle gimbals can usually be set self-centring or ratcheted depending on whether you fly planes or multirotors.
