🔧 Shock Piston
The small drilled disc on the end of the shock shaft that forces oil through its holes as the shock moves.
Fewer or smaller holes slow the oil down and stiffen the damping; more or larger holes free it up. As a rough guide, smooth tracks suit fewer/smaller holes and rough tracks suit more/larger. Piston and oil weight are tuned together.
