How wide a view the FPV camera captures, usually quoted as a diagonal angle in degrees.
Wider gives more situational awareness but makes everything look further away and adds fisheye distortion at the edges; narrower feels faster and closer. Manufacturer FOV figures are not measured consistently, so compare footage rather than numbers.
