How many times per second your transmitter sends a control update to the receiver, measured in Hz.
On ExpressLRS this is selectable from roughly 25 Hz up to 1000 Hz: higher rates feel more immediate but shorten range, lower rates go further with slightly more latency. Racers pick high, long-range flyers pick low.
